Living with Parkinson’s Disease - A Poem

In a body that once moved with ease,

Now tremors shake and limbs freeze.

A silent battle, unseen by most,

Yet courage and strength shall not be lost.

Every step a struggle, every movement a fight,

But within, a spirit shines bright.

Through the pain and the fear,

Hope and resilience always near.

A mind sharp, a will unbroken,

In the face of a disease unspoken.

Each day a challenge, each moment a test,

Yet determination rises above the rest.

Parkinson's may try to steal control,

But the spirit within shall never fold.

With each sunrise, a new chance to be strong,

In the face of adversity, we carry on.
