Great Cleveland Restaurants

Not far from our hotel is 4th St. We ate at two of the restaurants. Mable’s BBQ and Cordelia.

After we sat down at Mable’s BBQ the server told us it was owned by Michael Simon. Chef Simon is an Iron Chef and on the food Network.

Even if I did not know who owned the restaurant, I would have said it was the best BBQ I have eaten. I had the ribs, and Mark had the brisket. Both were amazingly delicious.

Down from Mable’s was Cordelia. Cordelia was named best new restaurant in Cleveland 2023. And one of the 22 best new restaurants in the country. The food and service here was great. From the moment you walk in, the experience begins.

The servers explain that the food is served family style nd the entrees will serve two people. The pork belly was fantastic, we also had a corned lamb shank, and a cauliflower side. The food was all fantastic. The fried chicken is glazed with schmaltz and was the best I have had.

Who’s knew that some of the best food I have ever eaten was in Cleveland Ohio.
