Trump’s War

At least four Arab countries, along with Israel, are in favor of dismantling Iran's nuclear program. I believe the U.S. should deploy aircraft and munitions to support these nations, allowing us to avoid direct involvement in the conflict.

Why didn't Trump reconvene Congress to discuss the War Powers Act? There was no immediate threat to the United States.

I predict we will find ourselves engaged in Iran for the long term, similar to our experience in Iraq. At least Bush sought Congress’s approval, even if his reasoning was questionable; he followed the constitutional process.

Since withdrawing from the JCPOA, Trump has been eager for this conflict. I have little faith in Trump, Netanyahu, Hegseth, or Rubio to steer us away from war.
