Hope in Your Corner

In a corner of strength where hope intertwines,

A gym stands ready, where courage shines.

"Hope in Your Corner," a haven for all,

With hearts intertwined, we rise and we fall.

Here we sweat together, in every embrace,

Finding community, a warm, welcoming space.

With gloves on our hands and fire in our eyes,

Rock Steady Boxing helps spirits to rise.

Each punch a reminder, each jab a decree,

I have Parkinson's, but it doesn't own me.

With every round, I reclaim what is mine,

Fighting for laughter, for joy, and for time.

I volunteer gladly, sharing my fight,

Giving back to the others, igniting their light.

In this ring of resilience, we learn and we grow,

Together we're stronger, this I know.

So here's to the warriors, both silent and loud,

In the face of the challenge, we stand proud.

With hope in our corner, we’ll dance and we’ll sway,

In the rhythm of life, we find our own way.
